🇧🇷 Condições do Workshop
- Baila Bakes confirmará sua inscrição após o pagamento via email em até 24 horas
- Você pode cancelar apenas por e-mail e não paga nada até 15 dias de antecedência. Entre 14 e 5 dias, 50% do valor é restituído. A partir de 5 dias até o dia do workshop, não há restituição.
- Você pode enviar um substituto(a). Por favor, me avise por email com 2 dias de antecedência.
- Se o workshop não alcançar o número mínimo de pessoas inscritas (3) poderá ser cancelado. Nesse caso, outra data será escolhida e confirmada ou o valor pago será reembolsado integralmente.
- A utilização de utensílios de cozinha e equipamentos é por sua conta e risco.
🇬🇧 Workshop Conditions
- Baila Bakes will confirm your registration via email within 24 hours of the payment
- You can cancel your registration by e-mail free of charge up to 15 days in advance of the workshop. The cancellation is valid once confirmed by Baila Bakes. If you cancel within 14 days, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount. If you cancel within five (5) days of the day of the workshop, there will be no refund.
- You can also send a replacement. Please let me know by email up to 2 days in advance.
- The workshop may not reach the minimum required number of people required (3). In this case, Baila Bakes will confirm an alternative date or refund the amount paid fully.
- Use cooking utensils and equipment is done at your own risk
🇳🇱 Voorwaarden Workshop
- Baila Bakes zal uw registratie binnen 24 uur na de betaling bevestigen via e-mail.
- U kunt uw registratie kosteloos annuleren per e-mail tot 15 dagen voorafgaand aan de workshop. De annulering is geldig zodra bevestigd door Baila Bakes.
- Als u binnen 14 dagen annuleert, heeft u recht op een terugbetaling van 50% van het bedrag. Bij annulering binnen vijf (5) dagen voor de workshopdatum vindt er geen terugbetaling plaats.
- U kunt ook een vervanger sturen. Laat het mij alstublieft per e-mail weten tot 2 dagen voorafgaand.
- Het kan zijn dat de workshop het vereiste minimum (3) aantal deelnemers niet haalt. In dat geval zal Baila Bakes een alternatieve datum bevestigen of het volledig betaalde bedrag terugbetalen.
- Het gebruik van kookgerei en apparatuur gebeurt op eigen risico.
