During 4 intensive hours, we will delve deep into sourdough bread. We go through all the steps to create the perfect bread. From taking care of your starter to the final tasting."
You will learn the fundamentals of fermentation, the different types of flour, the role of each ingredient, and much more. I will guide you through each step.

What is included in the workshop
The workshop costs 95 euros and includes a starter kit with a sample of my sourdough starter, a dough scraper, and an exclusive recipe booklet from Baila Bakes. And the best part? At the end of the workshop, we have a tasting to experience the flavour of real bread."

Do you prefer to bake your loaf at home? Yes, you can.
You have the option to take your dough home and bake it there. You can get a banneton, a rising basket, for just 15 euro.

- In Utrecht (province). About 15 minutes from Utrecht Central Station (Utrecht Centraal). There are 3 bus options (74, 50, 73). You step out at the KNMI stop. From there, it is a 5-minute walk to the site. You will receive all instructions after your registration is confirmed.
